Microsoft and the Linux Foundation have written an open letter to the American Law Institute criticizing a document that will soon be published which contains guidance on interpreting software contract law.
Until today the presence of bugs, and thus defects in software products, seems to be a rooted concept worldwide. For this reason, Microsoft and Linux Foundation have noted that the bill does not appear to reflect the current regulator.
